Hi

Can anyone help?

As you can guess I'm writing from England. I would like to know if anyone has details (circuit diagram/schematic) of the Philips 461A 14.

My parents had a bakelite radio similar to this when I was growing up, however the valve line-up in our British set was FC4,VP4B, TDD4, Pen A4 and DW2. These are 7-pin and 4-pin valves. This is similar to the Mullard MAS6, which had an identical 3-chassis interior on a wooden baseboard.

My 461A 14 has side-contact valves AK2,AF3, ABC1,AL4 and a rectifier I can't read, but presumably AZ1.

Looking forward to your reply

Best regards

PS As a teenager I replaced the broken drive-wire to the station pointer on my parents set, what a job!!
