No FM in a Philips B4X82A (Techniek Radio/TV)

I also suspect a failed capacitor. 99% of the time they are good but I already
had an experience with a failed ceramic cap in my Grundig 5490 FM head.

I'll see tomorrow what I can do to track my problem.
