Blaupunkt 2430 "Virginia" switching (Techniek Radio/TV)

Hi. I have a Blaupunkt (we know this as Blue Spot in the U.K) model 2430 "Virginia" tube radio. This seems to have a problem with the push button switch that selects between external antenna and internal ferrite antenna, and will not latch in to position. Has anyone else had similar problems with this model? Is there a spring missing on this, and if so where is it supposed to be located, as it looks like the switch can not be opened up?

Is it not a problem due to some old hardened grease?
Look closely at the switch and see if some part does not move or
so.

Hi Maurice. The actual switch seems to be slack in operation, unlike the other switches when pressed down, they do lock in position, but this one doesn't. I tried using switch cleaner, but to no avail.

Hi. Does anyone else have any ideas on the switching fault on this radio?
All my other push button radios do not have problems of this kind.
