Hello,

The B3X90U has indeed a thin sound.

Look in the schematic diagram below, remove the coupling capacitor and add the purple marked components. It will reduce the mid and high frequencies by 7 dB.

For a better high frequency response, you can replace C18 into a series network of 4K7 2 Watt and 2200 pF 630V to keep the power amplifier section free from oscillation and instability.
