Sure it is a hell off a job
I did the same for the selector data part only. So using OCR software ABBYY on the 23 edition of the AVO manual. I increased the characters a little and added AR CV NR and VR data from an other AVO manual. On irregulary base I change or add data
The result of this is on the dutch part of my website under the link "mijn versie van de AVO manual"
