Hello Martin,

I'm not sure what the T stands for, but I know that Philips Industrial introduced a new type number system with a P and a second letter indicating the category at some point in time. Most likely this new system was introduced between 1963 and 1967 at the same time the 12NC coding system was introduced for the industrial equipment production (when you take pictures, could you make sure to include any type/serial/code numbers and date codes? This will help my data collection greatly so I can better determine such details).

PE = power supplies
PM = testing and measuring equipment (meters, signal generators, frequency counters)
PP = ? (slotted silver line meter, bought in from Marconi?)
PR = lab equipment? (stroboscopes, conductivity meters, strain gauges and load cells - which was also a Hamburg Lockstedt specialism)
PT = ? (this timer)
PW = lab equipment? (radiation meters, pH meters, conductivity meters)
