I'd just like to explain the copyright notice on the schematic. I redraw the schematic with help from two Australian friends, Euan MacKenzie and Peter Holtham, for an article that Euan MacKenzie wrote for the Radio Bygones magazine - Christmas 2011, Issue No. 134. We never came to any conclusion on how the redrawn schematic should be used outside of the article and I have since lost contact with both them. I couldn't have redrawn it without their help as I don't own an AVO MK II myself.

If you want two good articles on how to restore your AVO MK II you should try to buy back issues of that magazine and also the articles by Gary Tempest in the Radiophile, issues Summer 2000 and Winter 2000 (the article is split into two issues #86 - Summer 2000 & #87 - Winter 2000).
