Value off capacitors can be found first at the component it self.
Then if not readable you go look for simulair components in the equipment and see
if you can find simularity codes.

Or look for same parts in simmulair make and models of that year.

Then the schematics to determine the Voltage range.

For your type 48 75x look at this document.
Philips condensatoren 1947 pdf, at the NVHR.NL schematic database.

The document "Philips Condensatoren_1953 - Hoofdstuk H.pdf"
Mentioned that the Cancelled Paper Condensers are;
"48 750 10/.. , 48 750 20/.. , 751,752,757,758

So that narrows the search to documents befor 1953 to find Data of those Paper Capacitors.

In that document is mentioned that the cancelled capasitors in
BLACK should be replaced by service code A9 999 06/.. with a working voltage of 400V,
RED should be replaced by service code A9 999 06/V.. with a working voltage of 1000V,
( The code A9 999 06/.. stands for PAPER CONDENSORS)
