Om precies te zijn:

1936 heiratet Albert Ebner die Mitinhaberin der Firma Perpetuum, Steidinger und Co. KG in St. Georgen/Schwarzwald - Hermine Steidinger (Schwester der "Brüder Steidinger" / Dual). Noch im selben Jahr erfolgt der Zusammenschluss der beiden in derselben Branche tätigen Unternehmen zur Perpetuum - Ebner, Fabrik für Feinmechanik und Elektrotechnik, Steidinger & Co. KG.
