The letters X or CA in the model number do NOT guarantee the place of manufacture, only the place where the model was commercially conceived. Sometimes that's the same place, sometimes it isn't.

You need to look at the letters in front of the serial number to see where a particular set was made. Sometimes, local factories omitted these letters. In that case chances are that it was made locally, so in India. If it was made in Holland, the letter in front of the serial number is usually E or later A. Sometimes L or PL, which actually meant Leuven, Belgium.
