Fonograaf rol in miniformaat ? (Algemeen)
Hallo,
Then it is evidently from doll. The nice picture doesn't tell, but it could be by Lioret. Then it is very old, because he went out of business quite early:

I had the pleasure to visit the Wiener Phonomuseum in 2007 and saw unique things like the Lioret phonograph

an Edison Concert and much more. I had not heard of Lioret before. Evidently he was a clockmaker, and the speed regulator of his "real" phonographs were just a "fan" like it is in the signalling mechanism of a clock! Characteristic of his rolls is that they consist of celluloid on a frame of brass and that they are only 20-25 mm wide, just like yours.
I you like to visit the museum, I have not found a home page, just the address: Mollardgasse 8, AT-1060 Wien, +43 1 5811159
