Dear Members

I am in the process of restoring this radio set of 1949. The output is 2 X EL41.
As per the service mannual the D.C. resistance of the primary winding of output transformer should be 220, 220 ohms. But on measuring it comes to 565 & 250 Ohms. What could be the fault?
