Hello,

Value is in µF 100/1000 µF = 100nF.

Sometimes on french capacitors you can find two indications about voltage:

TE = "tension d'essai" (test voltage)
TS = "tension de service" (working voltage).

"Armature externe" is write to indicate the wire connected to the "external" plate of the capacitor. When used to filter DC voltage, this wire should be connected to ground.
