Hi Carlos,
The 215A is a Philips radio, build in 1938/39 only for the foreign market and was NEVER sold in the Netherlands.
That is why a "Achterwand" for this set is very hard, or even impossible to find here.
A long time ago i bought a 215A in Poland and the only thing i can offer you is a picture of the back panel:
You better ask it on a French radioforum or Ebay or purhaps you can make one by yourself, size 37.5 x 23.5 cm.
The back panel is mounted with 2 screws below and 2 leather straps at the top.
Regards, Hans

Hi Hans,
You're right, this set was for foreign market.
I will try Ebay.
If i don't find the back panel, i try to make a réplica.
Thanks for the picture.
Best regards,
Carlos

The set was probably never even made in the Netherlands. From the inconclusive information that's available on radiomuseum.org, one might draw the conclusion it was made in Poland, but chances are it was made in one or more other Philips factories as well. Possibly in Southern Europe.

Hello Maarten,
My Philips was build in 1939 in the Philips factory in Poznan (Poland). It is exactly the same model as the 215A, but in Poland produced as 4-39A.

As you can see, there is a lot of restoration work to do. Fortunately the bakelite cabinet and the metal sheet dial are in good condition .
