FM discriminator for B5X43A

Can anyone recommend a repair facility for the FM discriminator in my Phillips B5X43A /74 radio? There is good input but no output on either Right or Left channel.

You are talking about L and R channel, do you mean the stereo demodulator? Same problem!

Yes, I am just a novice. I used the wrong word in my original post.

I think I have found the problem though. One of the transistors in my FM stereo demodulator is shorted between the Emitter and the Base.

Actually the correct word for the device that seems to be the problem is Stereo Decoder.
