See the pictures here of the set working and the board:

If you don't like the board to be visible, just try to place it in the upper part of the cabinet (where the mirror is) if you manage to put it there without interfering the projection.

You have to use the yoke also, just find an old PC monitor which does not shut off the high voltage with no input signal. Newer ones have a circuit for that so they will not work.

Additionaly and just in case, you can add a delay circuit for turning on the HV generation simulating the time it takes the tubes in the small chassis to heat up to simulate the design characteristics in that respect.

As Roland said, here we can not import spare parts so we have to manage with what we have handy.... Roland, sad that you were not able to find the transformer when my friend was there visiting her family :(.... I was SO excited with the idea of bringing the can back to life!

So as I said, if you want a 100% original set getting the HV from the can, you will have to work a lot. Jac was able to repair a can, but it is a very time-consuming and tedious job which should be done only if you have the patience, knowledge and willingness to maybe try several times until you can get a good result (if possible).

Good luck!!
