Ohw Thats a bit serious.

I'll would try soldering it.
Good cleaning first, bit sanding and a firm preheating.
Not to much heat otherwise it will damage the spring tension.

A big project , but doable, is construct 3 new spring blades.
Way 3, because they have to be equal in tension.

Could take them from an old 78T suitcase gramophone.
There are lot's of them on Ebay, most of them totally worthless because
most were at those day's only Language gramms and came in packadge with some
course.
Or a gramm that is overall in a bad condition.
Plenty of options but you have to find the right one for the job..
So try find pic's first of inside or motor.

All these springwinding motors have the same principle as your electrical motor.
In that way the spring and springloads are quite the same as the RPMs are also the same, should work.
