Philips/B6X12A - Power transformer connection (Techniek Radio/TV)

I am not sure about the thermofuse.
Here is a better picture with 4 fuzes despite that in the schematic I can see only 3 including thermofuse in the primary circuit.
Where is it exactly an hoew to reach them?
