Hello,

The wiring looks very originally. The wiring is nothing more or less than two wires which are connected to the magnetic coil of the driver.
If you wish to know if te coil is still in good condition and not interrupted, simply connect your AVO meter with the two screws and measure the resistance of the coil.
If the coil is not interrupted, you should read approx. 2000 Ohms on your AVO.
